  Went here today for a first visit - after being kept waiting for ten minutes I mentioned that my appointment was ten minutes earlier and was frostily informed that "she must be running late". No explanation, no apology, no courtesy, shocking customer service. My time is precious so I left, I suggest you go elsewhere too!
